This stainless steel system is made by Fairey Industrial Ceramics Limited (FICL). FICL is the sole manufacturer of the world famous range of Doulton and British Berkefeld ceramic drinking water filters. With over 150 years of continuous manufacturing experience, FICL is a global leader in water purification. Doulton ceramic filters are made from 100% natural elements. They will not add anything to the water they filter, where many other filter products add traces of chemicals. World tested and accredited the Doulton and Berkefeld range are used, in homes, at work, and by red cross, military and international aid organisations worldwide. This system features 3 way filtration with a high quality Doulton Ultracarb filter. The Ultracarb has 3 way filtration. Ceramic wall, Solid Carbon Block and Ion Exchange Resin for heavy metal removal. Solid carbon is slightly more effective than the gravity filter with activated carbon, at removing chlorine. it also has ion exchange resin to remove heavy metals.

This durable and easy to clean stainless steel system, connects to your existing kitchen tap, with no plumbing required. By simply switching the diverter valve, this filter system will supply clean, safe drinking water.
The recommended flow rate is 1.9 litres per minute.
The "Ultracarb" ceramic cartridge will filter 2300 litres , which is about 6-9 months of use.
